Chloe Jewelers is the bridal and fine jewelry studio of Rivky Fleischman, founder, owner and lead designer.

Rivky has been making art for as long as she can remember. Before Chloe, she spent many years as an art teacher, helping others find their own creative voice. Today she brings that same eye, and that same personal touch, to fine jewelry.

Chloe began in 2020. Home with her children during the pandemic, Rivky was looking for something new: a way to share her love of design and jewelry, and to make a real difference in people’s lives and relationships. Every Chloe piece since has been her own original design.

Her work is built on harmony and confidence, and on that special something you have been looking for but could never quite name. Clients come back for the designs, for the personal attention, and for the way they feel wearing them.
